In 2009-2010 year school I used to teach in these three primary schools in Athens the course of Artistic Practice. The majority of the pupils at these Schools had different cultural backgrounds.

Their parents moved to Athens mostly as immigrants from many different countries of Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia, North and Central Africa.

Since the beginning I was interested how the kids communicate each other not only in terms of language, (most of them speaks Greek) but also in terms of cultural and religious backgrounds.

Part of the lesson is to explore new ways of artistic expressions using new technologies etc.

I used to create several games to play each other using cameras and camcorders. Part of this process was also this project that consists of two channel video. In the one side the kids saying specific word on their languages without any translation while from the other side I filmed them on their free time at schools playing each other.
